This form should be signed by both student and parent/guardian regarding the district music performance expectations for teachers, parents, and students.**


Summer Camp Information:
Wisconsin offers several great summer music camp opportunities for students including UWGB and St. Norberts both highly recommended by the WMS music teachers.
Washington Music Dept.summer camp scholarships are available. Please ask your music teacher for an application form.
