A little about myself - I have been teaching for ten years, and earned my bachelor's degree in education grades 1-8 from University Wisconsin, Stevens Point in 1997. In 2004, I graduated from Lesley University in Cambridge, Mass. with a master's in education. This is my sixth year in the Green Bay School District. In my free time, I enjoy traveling to new locations, playing with my black lab and speaking/learning about all things French. This past year, I traveled with a group of Student Ambassadors to Australia for three weeks. This year, I will be traveling to France, Italy, Switzerland and Austria with Student Ambassadors.

I love teaching and hope that you will love the process of learning in my classroom. I believe that a classroom must focus on student success, a cooperative environment and work that is meaningful to us. In addition, I strive to have fun and create lessons that make learning interesting. I also believe in chasing dreams, and my students are encouraged to "dream big." I hope that you will accomplish some of your dreams and goals this year.
