CESA 8 – Cooperative Educational Service Agency 8 – is one of 12 CESA offices located in Gillett, Wisconsin

CESA 8 – Cooperative Educational Service Agency 8 – is one of 12 CESA offices located in Gillett, Wisconsin.  CESA 8 provides services to 26 school districts in Northeastern Wisconsin.  This CESA, as well as some of the other CESA offices throughout the state, provide vision services to a number of schools in out-lying districts where there may be one or two students with a visual impairment.  These students, once identified, require the services that can only be provided by a Certified Teacher of the Visually Impaired.  The school district can contact one of the CESA offices in the state and request to contract the services of a Certified Teacher of the Visually Impaired. By doing this, students are able to remain in their home school districts and be successful learners and achievers in their own community.  Spend a little time at this site to find out what other kinds of services the CESA offices throughout Wisconsin can provide.
