-NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FEDERAL EDUCATION PROGRAM
DUE: 12/21/09
Three scholarships available. One scholarship is for applicant pursuing a degree in Education. A second will be awarded to a students pursuing a degree other than Education. A third scholarship will be awarded to a studnet pursuing any degree. Selection based on extracurricular/leadership activities and financial need. Transcript and three letters of recommendations required.

-AUTOMOTIVE,DIESEL,& AUTO COLLISION TECHNICIAN SCHOLARSHIP
DUE: 12/8/09
Applicant must enroll in an automotive, diesel or auto collision technician program at a WI technical college. Applicant must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Transcript, and letter of recommendation required. Application available in the Career Center or online at www.watda.org.

-WI EDUCATION ASSOCIATION COUNCIL SCHOLARSHIP-
DUE: 2/15/10
Parent must be an active WEAC member, active retired member, or parent who passed away while holding a WEAC membership. Applicant must plan to pursue an education major or minor & intend to teach in WI. Applicant must also rank in the top 25% of the class or have a 3.0/better GPA. Application availaable in the Career Center.

-VIETNAM VETS OF AMERICA CHAPTER 224-
DUE: 2/19/10
Applicant must be a son, daughter or grandchild of a current Chapter 224 member whose membership is current. A copy of the parents/grandparents DD form 214 is required. Transcript, essay and GPA of 2.5/better is required.

-WI MEDICAL SOCIETY FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP-
DUE: 2/25/10
Applicant must be Native American pursuing a degree in the health care field. May attend a technical, college or university. Based on academics, personal qualities & strenghts,and financial need. Personal statement, transcript, letters of recommendation, financial aid award letter, and proof of tribal membership required. Application available in the Career Center.

-ENGINEERING FOUNDATION OF FEDERAL EDUCATION PROGRAM
DUE: 12/14/09
Plan to major in engineering at a four-year college. Transcript, GPA of 3.0/better, and essay required. Application available in the Career Center or online at: www.wspe.org/efw.html
Three $1,000 scholarships available.

ETHEL CURRY AMERICAN INDIAN SCHOLARSHIP-Applicant must have displayed involvement with their American Indian community.
SHAKOPEE MDEWAKANTON SIOUX COMMUNITY ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP-This is a need based scholarship. Renewable for four years. Students enrolled in a federally recognized tribe are given preference for both scholarships. Apply for scholarships online at:

-WI PROFESSIONAL POLICE ASSOCIATION PROGRAM-
DUE: 1/26/10
Plan to pursue a career in police science or criminal justice. Applicant may enroll in a 4-year or vocational/technical college. An essay, three letters of recommendation and transcript required. Financial need is not a criterion for selection for this scholarship. Application available in the Career Center.

-NWTC YOUNG FARMERS ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP-
DUE: 2/26/10
Applicant must plan on an education in agriculture or an agricultural related field. Must enroll in a diploma, associate degree, or degree program. Application available in the Career Center.

-NFIB-YEF ENTREPRENEUR AWARDS
DUE: 12/31/09
Applicant should have a goal of being an entrepreneur or small business owner. Also based on involvement in DECA, FBLA, an endeavors or work experience you may have offered as a community service. kApplicant may attend a two or four year college or vocation/technical college. An officially established business is not a requirement. -WI TITLE I ASSOCIATION SCHOALRSHIP-
DUE: 2/10/10
Applicant must plan to attend a university/college or two-year technical college. Applicant must also have been in a Title I/Chapter I program between early childhood and grade 12. Application available in the Career Center.

-EDWARD RATHKE SCHOLARSHIP-
DUE: 3/19/10
May attend a college, trade or technical school. transcript ACT/SAT, essay and financial statement required. Based on financial need.
