WORK PERMITS 
-WORK PERMITS:
NO LONGER AVAILABLE AT PREBLE HIGH SCHOOL

Work permits may be obtained at following locations:

-Family Service Association
M-F (8-5)
300 Crooks St. 436-6800

-Brown County Senior Center
M-F (8:30-4)
300 S. Adams St. 448-4300

-Brown County Clerk's Office
M-F (8-4)
Northern Building
305 E. Walnut St. Room 120

In order to obtain a work permit you must have the following information:

-Job
-Actual Social Security Card
-Birth certificate, baptisimal certificate or state ID card
-Letter from employer
-Parent permission
-$5.00
-A new work permit must be obtained for every job.
