Hemophilia Outreach Centre Memorial Scholarship

-Must be diagnosed with hemophilia or von Willebrand disease or be the child or sibling of a person with the disease.

-Enrolled in a vocational/technical college or a college or university

-Application can be obtained in the Career Center

-Application must be received by March 2, 2010

 

 

2009 Kwik Trip Community Scholarship Programs

-One $500 scholarship

-Must be accepted by a credited college or university

-GPA of 3.0 or higher

-Applicants must exemplify the portion of Kwik Trip’s mission statement:

            To make a Difference in Someone’s Life

-Applicants must exhibit good service to others through school and extracurricular activities.

-Applicants must demonstrate a proper and positive attitude

            -Pick up application in Career Center

            -Deadline: for student applications to student services is March 15, 2010

 

 

Sammy 2010

-Student athlete who demonstrates excellence in academics, community service, leadership and include milk as part of their healthy lifestyle

-Deadline:  March 5, 2010

 

Wisconsin Society for Clinical Laboratory Science

            -Applicant must be High School Student

            -Must have taken ACT, or SAT

-Must be enrolled in a university or college in the field of Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science

-Application deadline: March 1, 2010

 

 

 

 

Sharp Scholarships

            -$1000 for 4 years

            -Graduate of Brown or Oconto County Schools

            -Based on scholarship, exemplary character and financial need

-Must attend a UW school or Marquette, Lawrence, St. Norbert’s, or Beloit College      

            -Essay required

-Must submit a copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR), which you receive from FAFSA.

-Due to Student Services or Mrs.VanBoxel by March 1, 2010

Earl A. Heyrman Scholarship

-Students must plan to major in: civil engineering, architectural engineering, architectural students, and construction management

-$1000 renewable for students enrolled at St. Norbert’s, University of Colorado, MSOE, Michigan Tech. Marquette, University of Minnesota, or UW-system colleges

-Student must submit a copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR)

-Due to Student Services by April 1, 2010

UW Madison Actuarial Science Scholarship 2010

 

A scholarship of $2,000 per year for four years is available for study in actuarial science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  The award will be given to a high school senior on the basis of mathematical aptitude and expressed interest in an actuarial career.  The scholarship is renewable from year to year subject to satisfactory academic performance and continued interest in actuarial science.
